I drink six cups of white tea a day to contribute towards staying healthy
What do you take daily to stay healthy ?
I've honestly never heard that before. Personally I prefer coffee but never more than 2 cups otherwise I get jittery with the caffeine. I do you you can get decaffeinated but I'd rather have 2 "proper" coffee then drink other things
If you google and read about the health benefits of white tea you will be surprised
I have been drinking it for about 2 years and definitely feel healthier
It is better than green tea and has been tested and verified by scientists unlike other health foods
I buy clipper white tea as its organic and has no microplastics in its bags
I used to take vitamin tablets until i read most tablets and capsules leave the body without it absorbing anything , the only thing i think is worth taking is fish oil eg cod liver oil as it is absorbed by the body and good for the joints
I was always under the impression that it was green and black tea which had the health benefits. Like Imnotcheap I drink two caffeinated coffees per day as my treats but then stick to herbal or fruit ones for a healthy option.
I love white tea,very relaxing,I have Rooibas tea&green tea atm,I love to add fresh fruit/veg daily,I try to drink plenty of water
I drink green and mint teas everyday but to be honest ive never heard of white tea before. Will have a google and look into it and may give it a try some time

I replace sugar with sweeteners when it comes to hot drinks .. try to eat more fruit but only manage about 2/3 at the most
