Will You Struggle for Childcare Tomorrow? (Teacher Strikes)

Will you struggle for Childcare tomorrow?
A lot of schools will be closing or only open to certain year groups as they strike tomorrow, leaving lots of working parents a last minute rush to find childcare or lose a days pay.
Our school is open as normal tomorrow, they did close the last time though so I don't know what has changed.
Please support the teachers. I'm a ta. It's a pain I know but remember schools are for education not childcare and we work hard. As a ta I don't get paid for the holidays my wage is spread over the year. I never get out on time. I couldn't live on my own as my wage wouldn't even cover rent but I wouldn't be entitled to help (don't want to live on my own). We, both tas and teachers use our own money to buy resources and source resources for our kids. Schools need more funding. Tas aren't being replaced meaning sen kids aren't getting support meaning the teacher is left to teach everyone and support the srn kids. The system is failing our kids, and staff. It's not just. Pay
I completely agree. 2 of my children were off on the first strike and we went to show our support. We got teachers some cupcakes and talked to them and stayed waving the flags. Schools need more funding for our children to be the best they can be and the government definitely need to be putting more into schools supporting all the children. X
I'm lucky my boys are still in although my daughter has been affected with university strikes
