I Was Wondering if Anyone Has Fibromyalgia and What Helps Them

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has fibromyalgia and what helps them other than painkillers. I try my best not to take them , walking about does help me I sit all day at work and iam in agony I feel the doctor and family members don't bother or understand because I look ok but iam in absolute agony I keep buying and trying different things

Walking is great! The following may also be useful for pain management: meditation, mindfulness, deep breathing, Qi Gong, acupuncture and Epsom Salt baths (or foot soaks). Take care

Consumer never tried any of them I had to Google Qi gong I would love to go to all they classes will have to see if any are near me I do use Epson bath salts I take a long bath every day sometimes I stay in 2 hrs as it feels so good thanks for your comment
