Appreciating Latest Deals' Increase in Points

Lynibis I had recently emailed LD about a couple of things and one was that I felt posting comps wasn't valued. I felt posting them should be worth more as you are lessening your own chances of winning when you share them. So I am really pleased that they have increased the points and not only that, they increased them on freebies too

Kelsey Thank you, I just didn't know if was possible as obviously peoples points will accumulate more quickly but I am grateful that you made the change as the posters can miss out on prizes when they share the comps so it's a little recompense in return and I do appreciate it

MrsCraig Exactly that, you are narrowing your own chances of winning with every comp you share but the extra points are very welcome and appreciated.

MrsCraig I find it more difficult to find competitions and freebie. I find one ‘ yeah’ after a search then go to put it on and someone has beaten me.

eyeballkerry I find that happens to me a lot too. I post the ones I find and just hope they don't get taken down.

MrsCraig I think that is the most annoying thing on this site, finding information, copy and paste and then finding out someone has beaten you other than that I really like this site. Just remembered the other thing I don’t like is finding a good deal and spending my money!

eyeballkerry it is the one thing that annoys me, mainly because I've wasted a few minutes of my time, but it doesn't happen too often so it's not too bad.

kate1310 Although emails from companies can become overwhelming, over time you get to know which are worth looking at and which aren't, they are a great source of both comps and freebies.

HEDGEHOGS As is often the way, the comps and freebies often appear in emails that you get but you do have to keep an eye out in case it has already been posted by someone else first.

MartinJarvis With so many 'posters' on LD it is not surprising that many of us get some of our posts removed, usually for being duplicates, you just have to plod on and try and find more..

seasider71 It was quite a bold move increasing them so much but permanent extra points are very welcome and most appreciated, Amazon vouchers are always useful.

seasider71 That's very kind of you although I know from at least one of the comments above that I am not the only one who has suggested an increase in the points in the past, perhaps it is a cumulative effect? But it is good to feel appreciated. Thank you
