I've been with ZipZero since the beginning of the year and still sending in receipts to them and get automated responses. I applied for a withdrawel of £25 to my phone account many months ago and it still shows as pending. Looks as though they've taken down the community forum and I've sent several e mails but get no response.
I have looked back on previous questions on LD and sounds as though there may have been problems here for some time.
Just wondering if anyone else uses this ap and get the gut feeling somethings not quite right!
Same as quite a few apps , when you earn and try to cash out, you just get ignored and never receive anything , I had a look at their trust pilot reviews, they aren't good, people not getting paid out ect...

This app was good when it started years ago and went dormant during Covid. It’s probably still struggling and as their support no longer responds, I’m guessing they’re shutting down soon
