- The oven's previous sales sparked significant consumer interest.
Aldi has stirred up excitement among outdoor cooking aficionados with the announcement that its highly sought-after pizza oven will be making a return to the shelves later this month, for under £40. This news has sent waves of anticipation through the Aldi shopping community, eagerly awaiting the chance to snag one of these ovens for their backyard gatherings.
Elaine Blackburne at Bristol Post reported that the pizza oven, which previously flew off the shelves, is set to make a grand return, sparking conversations and planning among shoppers keen on enhancing their outdoor cooking game without breaking the bank. It will be available in stores from 21st March.
The Aldi pizza oven has been a topic of much discussion in the past, with its affordable price and promise of delicious, home-cooked pizzas right in your backyard. This year it's selling for just £39.99 and can cook a 12 inch pizza in just 10 minutes - ideal for pizza parties this summer!
As families and friends look forward to more outdoor activities with the warmer months approaching, this oven is expected to be a hot item once again. Its previous sales saw it become a coveted item among those who enjoy the art of pizza making, combining convenience with the joy of outdoor dining.
Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, commented, "Aldi's decision to bring back the beloved pizza oven at such an attractive price point is fantastic news for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. It's a great opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their garden gatherings with the joy of making and sharing pizzas. This oven has proven to be a hit in the past, and it's expected to draw significant attention once again as shoppers look forward to making the most of their outdoor spaces."
'Coveted' seems a bit strong for a bit of bent stainless steel and a thermometer stuck on the top. When you look at the product information at alibaba;
It's available in plain stainless steel and painted and I would of thought plain stainless steel is safer rather than have Chinese paint end up in the food. That steel is going to go through cycles of hot and cold and I can't imagine the paint staying on long term.
You can cook a normal unfrozen pizza in a conventional oven in about 10 minutes and you won't have to spend half an hour getting the outside grill going or spend on charcoal fuel etc.
Seems a lot of hype for a low quality Chinese product that will probably get used once and binned.
Personally I won't be eagerly awaiting this with waves of anticipation or be flocking to the store in desperation to get one. I can't seem to get my head around why anyone would want this tat. Personally I'll stick to the hot dogs and burgers with an outside grill.
