Black Friday Start Times INCLUDING B&M and NEXT
B&M and NEXT are doing Black Friday sales for the first time, plus Argos is set to start at 9PM tonight.
With Black Friday officially starting tomorrow, brands have pulled out all the stops to get customers to spend their money.
It’s been estimated that over £10 billion will be spent in the sales event, with discounts bigger and better than last year.
Latest Deals took a look at what brands have to offer in the last few hours before the big event.
Argos
Argos is starting its official Black Friday sale from 9PM today, Thursday 23rd November.
One of the most popular retailers for Black Friday, last year Argos made a total of £153 million on the sales day.
Although Argos have had its Black Friday offers on for a week already, these are just warm up deals, compared to the top tier bargains that will be up for grabs tonight.
Mark Steel, Digital Director at Argos, said, “Last year we saw enormous volumes of traffic on our website and Argos apps during Thursday evening before Black Friday, as customers started to hunt for the big bargains.
“This told us there was a clear appetite from our customers to snap up deals that evening, and that’s why we’ve decided to launch three hours early this year.
“This also means really dedicated bargain-hunters [such as members of LatestDeals.co.uk] won’t have to burn the candle and stay up into the small hours to get the biggest deals as they have in previous years.”
To help shoppers remain paw-sitive, Argos is hosting a kitten themed channel on their website, which will also launch at 21:00 and run until their Black Friday savings end.

Amazon
The online retailer, which is mainly responsible for bringing Black Friday over to the UK, has become a hub for the sales event.
Its Black Friday offers started last week, but more deals have been building on the site leading up to the big day.
Deals that have been released on Thursday are extra special, as unlike on other days, they will last longer than the usual 24 hour period, with many going into the savings day on Friday.
Customers still have time to visit its Black Friday pop-up store in Soho, London, which is open Thursday and Friday from 12:00-19:30.
