McDonald’s Launches Popular US Shake in the UK for a Limited Time
- McDonald's introduces a limited edition Grimace-inspired shake in the UK.
- The purple milkshake, flavoured with blueberry syrup, will be available from August 23rd.
- The shake, already a hit in the US, will only be on sale for one week.
McDonald’s fans in the UK are in for a treat as the fast-food giant brings a popular US shake across the pond for the first time. The Grimace-inspired shake, known for its vibrant purple hue and blueberry syrup flavour, will be available in UK stores starting August 23rd.
Priced from £2.69, this limited edition milkshake has already gained a cult following in the US, particularly on social media. However, UK customers will need to act fast as the shake will only be available for a single week.
For those eager to get their hands on the Grimace Shake before the official launch, McDonald’s is offering an exclusive opportunity in London on August 26th. The first 100 customers at Box Park Shoreditch between 12pm and 6pm can enjoy the shake ahead of the general release.
Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, commented, "This is a brilliant example of how limited-edition products can create a buzz. McDonald’s has done well to bring a fan-favourite across the pond."
Looking forward to trying these they sound like they’ll be tasty . I’m just a little confused though … Available in UK stores from 23rd August with the Shoreditch store, London offering the exclusive opportunity on the 26th August for the first 100 customers to try one before the official launch? Would this just be a misprint … should the dates be the other way around?
