Would you get married at Wetherspoons?
- Pub giant is now offering a wedding service
- Includes a three course meal, sparkling wine, table decorations, and a DJ
- Cost covers 100 guests
Couples can now get married at Wetherspoons for just £3,000, including food, drink, and a live DJ.
Sadly, it’s only for one pub in London, the Knights Templar, but if it’s successful it might take off across the country.
The pub, which used to be a banking hall, has two floors and a balcony, and inside the walls have mahogany panels and ornate marble pillars.
The Bride and Groom will be given exclusive use of the pub during the day, and can bring 100 guests to the ceremony and for the meal, and up to 300 for the after party.
It’s estimated that the average wedding sets couples back £25,000, so £3,000 is a great price for a wedding.

Why not at that price. Plus the drinks there are very reasonable. Never had bad food there either
