McDonald’s has spiced up its menu today with a variety of new items, including a delectable new dessert and a mouth-watering side dish touted as "better than mozzarella dippers." The fast-food favourite is adding seven new items, which include both new creations and returning classics.

The new offerings feature the Birthday Cake Donut, filled with a strawberry-flavoured centre and topped with buttercream-flavoured icing and sprinkles. Additionally, dessert lovers can enjoy the Milkybar Raspberry Ripple McFlurry and Munchies Cookie Dough McFlurry.

For those seeking a savoury treat, the Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers are set to be a hit. These dippers are made of mozzarella, flavoured with garlic and chives, and encased in a ciabatta-style breadcrumb coating, served with a rich tomato dip.

The Sun reported that these new items are even better than the popular mozzarella dippers, which have a loyal following among McDonald’s fans.

Returning to the menu are the Double Big Mac and the Double Big Mac with Bacon, alongside the McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse. These items will be available for about six weeks, so fans should act fast to try them.

Additionally, the Chicken Sharebox, which launched earlier this year, will remain on the menu. Priced at £10.59, it includes six Chicken Selects, twelve Chicken McNuggets, and multiple dips.
