Full List Of Primark Click & Collect Stores Following Expansion
- Primark's click and collect service to cover all UK stores by end of 2025.
- Initial launch saw service in 25 northern stores, expanding now to 57 locations.
- Minimum spend for click and collect set at £10, with eco-friendly packaging.
Primark, a leading player in the retail sector, is poised to roll out its click and collect service across all its UK stores by the end of 2025. This service, initially piloted in 25 stores across the north of England and Wales in late 2022, has proven successful and is now expanding further.
As detailed by Olivia Marshall at The Sun, the click and collect option allows customers to place orders online and pick them up at a dedicated desk within the store. This method not only ensures that customers get exactly what they want but also avoids the potential disappointment of items being out of stock upon store arrival.
Primark's decision to introduce click and collect across its locations, including those in Scotland, comes as part of a broader strategy to enhance customer convenience and meet the growing demand for hybrid online-offline shopping experiences.
To date, 57 stores offer this service, with plans to include every UK store by 2025. The service has expanded beyond initial offerings such as kids’ toys and nursery items to include womenswear and accessories, with future plans to incorporate menswear and home goods.
The service stipulates a minimum spend of £10 and promises a collection window between two and seven days post-order. All items are delivered to stores in recyclable brown paper or cardboard packaging, reflecting Primark's commitment to sustainability.
