im looking for an app to put all bills and spends on and to work it out and then i know how much everything is and then work out what excess cash i have, does anyone know of a good app like this.

It's not a billing app exactly, but on Android I use Andromoney to add all my expenses.
You can add repeating expenses such as bills, and add any other day to day expenses (shopping, days out, etc.). You can also add your monthly income. So it can tell you how much you've spent each day, week, month, year, and how much of your salary is left.
You can create your own categories and subcategories, but I think it comes with default ones (I deleted these and created my own).
There's pie charts to show things nicely too. It's a good way to see at a glance where you spend most money, so you can try and cut down those things.
android, this sounds great will look at it thank you very much, need keep all expenses gether and written down as forever forgetting stuff. thank you for this.
smedleys97 no problem. I originally downloaded it (and tested loads of others, not as good, but years ago) too record expenses so I could see what I was spending too much on. There's some great filtering options too. Just make sure you think through categories first, because trust me, it's a right pain to change them once you've already got things assigned to them.
