Easier said than done but try not to scratch them and maybe try some Calamine lotion to help soothe them, hopefully they should go away soon for you .

I has them on my feet as a child/young adult and took a course of Boots Chilblain tablets that worked great, (I no longer have chilblains). When my daughter had chilblains we found that the tablets are no longer made so she got some relieve at various times from Zambuck, Snowfire, and Vicks but the best result was the tip from her Granda, it wasn't pleasant and a bit smelly but it worked - soak feet in fresh wee, pat dry and cover with old socks before going to bed, alternative nights over a week. She's never been bothered again.

My sister suffers with chilblains terribly, she gets some stuff from a local health food store that is specifically for chilblains. Sorry I can't remember what it is.
