What Do You Eat Christmas Morning?
Ask a Question
What do you have for christmas morning breakfast? thinking of changing ours this year but cant agree what to.....
When it was just the two of us we would have a full English, then Christmas Dinner at tea time. When the children came along it changed to a bit of toast and trying to limit their chocolate intake until Christmas Dinner at lunchtime.
I kind of have two Christmasses at the moment.
On one, croissants.
The other, nothing special if anything (got to save some room for stuffing my face later on).
Egg or bacon sandwiches. We always go up to my dads house and my step mum and a couple of us (4 kids, 12 great grandkids!) take turns making the butties for all
Full english all the way for me, don't have it very often throughout the year so very nice.
Not a lot to be honest, I drink tea and maybe open some chocolate but I know I'm going to consume a lot of calories I don't really eat breakfast
Depends if you have children, it must be healthy but if it’s for adults nothing beats warm mince pies with cream. My absolute decadence is a bowl of fruity trifle, I convince myself that fresh fruit and milk (custard) is good for me haha
Growing up, we always had various croissants and pastries.. when we were 12+ we were allowed a glass of Buck’s Fizz... havent really done anything special for breakfast on Christmas Day since adulthood, but maybe I will be organised this year!
