After you have earned enough points (see above) you need to claim your reward. Please read the following guide:

How Long Does it Take To Get My Reward?

After you have claimed an Amazon reward, please allow up to 5 working days for the Amazon reward to be processed.

Where Does The Reward Get Sent?

Your reward will be sent to the email address you have on your Latest Deals account (see email address).

When the reward is processed, you will receive a notification on the day it was sent. The notification will also say which email address it was sent to.

After your reward is sent, please allow up to 48 hours to receive it.

Please check your spam and junk folders. Often Amazon emails end up in here.

I Have Not Received My Reward

If your reward on your dashboard says "Received" but you have not got it, that means we've processed it but for some reason, you don't seem to have received it in your email inbox. We can send the reward again.

Please send us a message via our contact form.

We will ask Amazon to re-send the voucher, or send it to an alternative email address.

I have claimed a five and a ten pound reward but since then it’s all Grey and I can’t claim anything else or do anything . Been like that for over a year to be honest so I stopped using it but still have 27,000 points can I still earn other rewards ??

TickleYourFancy Hi when you get to 50,000 points, it won't be greyed out and you can then claim your £35 Amazon voucher. You need to get to the next points level to claim another reward. I hope that helps thank you 😊

TickleYourFancy Hey, when you claim a voucher, your points total is not deducted.

For example, when you hit 5,000 points and claim your £5 Amazon voucher, your points total will remain at 5,000. It doesn't go back to zero.

So if you have 27,000 points and claimed all available vouchers that means:

5,000 = £5 claimed

15,000 = £10 claimed

27,000 = not yet at next milestone (which is at 35,000)
