Did anyone buy this a couple of days ago? I have tried to find it on the deals page but not found.
It is not the same item and I know loads was buying one or even two.
There are less products the box is a different colour and it’s basically just tat. I am waiting back on a reply from Amazon .
Yes I am the same. I would have never bought the one that was sent. It states it is a small company well I’m not surprised . will be getting in touch with Amazon
My partner bought two of these not worth it, just a lot of tat waiting for amazon to get back in touch
Julie 781x just asked my partner how it was going with amazon, and she said they have offered her a full refund and to keep the items. I hope this helps a bit
Jackscot They have just got back to me. They reckon they have sent a better product then what I ordered?? However will give us 2% discount or for us to send us back. Told them it was no way a better product and will send it back. Still waiting for their reply. Even sent a picture of the tat.
I was going to buy one but I decided against it, glad I did now, I knew it would be tat
martinlufc5637 still ongoing . Waiting for them to tell me how to return them. They are still saying it’s a more expensive box then the one advertised and now offered 20%. Once sorted will be reporting them to Amazon.

MelissaLee1 so very true. The worse thing is I also thought I was helping a small company. I will be more hesitant in futpure.
I’d report it to Amazon direct cos they’re usually pretty good in sorting things like that out. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem I was refunded my money and told to keep item. Though must admit its only happened bout 4 times in all time I’ve shopped with them and I’ve shopped with them for long time
