New Year's Resolutions

I tend to give up with them so easily sadly so instead I just write myself new years goals!

I do a yearly inventory of what behaviours I need to work on or change also what jobs I need to attend to. Not really Resolutions so much as life planning and necessary correction/s.

I don't make new years resolutions. I think that if you want to make a change you can do it at any time of the year.

To start drinking alcohol as I haven't touched a drop for 5 years lol

I used to but never managed to keep them so I don’t bother now. I know what I need to do next year so hop achieve without making a new year resolution.

Well mine is to carry on not smoking I still feel like a odd one from time to time but I stay with not smoking

Yes I do but never stick to it definitely going to try my best to get fitter in 2023 due to covid I put weight on and got lazy I use to always walk for miles so hopefully I can do this

I’ve never made a New Years resolution but maybe I should this time. I need to lose some weight that I gained during lockdowns

I will aim to continue my weight loss. Have lost 10kg since June so doing alright but need to loose another 6 to reach my target.

No New Year's resolutions from me. Life is too short to be hard on myself.
