I've been with ZipZero since the beginning of the year and still sending in receipts to them and get automated responses. I applied for a withdrawal of £25 to my phone account many months ago and it still shows as pending. Looks as though they've taken down the community forum and I've sent several e mails but get no response.
I have looked back on previous questions on LD and sounds as though there may have been problems here for some time.
Just wondering if anyone else uses this app and get the gut feeling somethings not quite right!
Same as quite a few apps , when you earn and try to cash out, you just get ignored and never receive anything , I had a look at their trust pilot reviews, they aren't good, people not getting paid out ect...

This app was good when it started years ago and went dormant during Covid. It’s probably still struggling and as their support no longer responds, I’m guessing they’re shutting down soon
Never heard of this one but yes unfortunately this is part and parcel of a lot of these apps.
I gave up on that app about a year ago as despite uploading loads of receipts, they just remained pending. It was OK to start with, but sadly lost it's way.

Hmm I thought this one ended a long time ago? Storewards is closing down too! Today 31st is the last day! Just managed to redeem £2 via PayPal on Tuesday
I can't believe people is still using Zipzero. They are promising payments since 2020 
TiaTia I followed them for 2 years. You can see when a company is taking people for fool quite easily. They did not reply to anyone for months, then made a big post on Facebook to say they were about to relaunch. Then disappeared for a few months, made the same post again and so on. They spend years telling people they were about to relaunch a new platform and pay people
I cashed in May for my council tax and every month I would message them and they would always reply with they were hoping for a cash investment the next month and the payments will be made . Each month it wouldn't happen and then the same excuse . At this moment in time I have an available balance of £93.10 and still waiting for the other £50 to be sent for my council tax .
stuartsmith544 What a shame, I take it they don't respond to your messages any more now, have you stopped submitting your receipts now and just given up hope of receiving what you've earned?

Dear ZIPZERO Community
We are writing to share an important update regarding ZIPZERO. Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue the ZIPZERO App, effective immediately. After careful consideration, it has become clear that continuing the App is no longer viable from a business perspective.
Account Closure and Unit Balances
In accordance with Section 23 of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to discontinue the app for business reasons. As a result, all user accounts have been closed, and any available or pending units associated with these accounts have been forfeited.
We deeply regret the impact this will have on our valued users, who have supported us in building a platform that aimed to give individuals a share in the value of their transaction data.
Data Privacy and Deletion
We want to reassure you that your data has always been handled responsibly and in line with our privacy policies. All personal data associated with your accounts will now be deleted. We also confirm that your data has not and will not be sold or shared with any third party.

I’ve never heard of this one. But the one my friend used closed down. She had £40 saved and didn’t get it withdrawn before they closed
PayItForward I had over £100 in mine and I'd been trying to get it out for a long time but it just stayed at pending
