Morrisons is Selling Rainbow and Unicorn Birthday Cakes
- Two new Madeira birthday cakes
- Each one serves 20 people- perfect for parties
- Edible unicorn and rainbow decorations
- Where else does them?
Morrisons has brought out two new cakes that’ll make birthdays even more magical.
New to it’s bakery line, you can now get an rainbow drip Madeira sponge cake, with three layers of raspberry jam, and decorated with rainbow coloured icing.
It’s finished with a white chocolate drizzle that spills down the side of the cake, and can be bought for just £5!
If you’re looking for something even more magical, you can get a unicorn version of the cake.
It’s also a Madeira sponge cake with raspberry jam and frosting, but is wrapped in a layer of soft white icing and finished with an edible horn and ears.
Similarly to the rainbow cake, the unicorn one is also £10 and serves 20 people.
Both cakes are only available in stores right now, but should be online later in the year.
Morrisons isn’t the only supermarket selling rainbow and unicorn cakes.
Tesco is selling a version for £12, and Asda has a rainbow jazzie cake for £13.
Mr Kipling has also jumped on the popular unicorn trend, by releasing unicorn cake slices.
They’re vanilla flavoured cakes with a mixture of pink, yellow, and purple icing a topped with a unicorn decoration.
Asda currently sell them, and they’ll be available in Sainsbury’s and Tesco from March.
