I don’t listen much these days but just heard Paloma Faith sing on Royalty Variety show and I really liked it. Cher sang a new one too. Liked them both.
For Christmas music, Michael Bublé
I don't have a specific Genre, I'd probably have to say Pop/Rock.
My Chemical Romance, Green Day and Charlie Simpson are some of my listened to.
Christina Perri, Elton John, Lewis Capaldi, Benson Boone, Macy Gray, George Ezra and James Arthur have beautiful voices too.
I was super happy to hear Ren made it to the top of the charts, I love how he writes and sings about his mental health struggles. Listening to 'Hi Ren' as I'm writing this now.
Scott Walker has the most soothing voice and I never get tired of listening to his music. I also like My Chemical Romance, Fall out Boy, AC/DC, The Killers. Not a fan of the music they play on the radio as they seem to play the same songs everyday ie Heart radio.
Sugarbabe ,My friend & I used to clean & sometimes do the Ironing for Hallam FM DJ's Ollie & Becki Hayes who lived locally in Sheffield. I once asked why it was always the same old music citing Living On A Prayer by Bon Jovi in my discussion Ollie told me it's because that's the Bon Jovi tune most people want to hear..
Way too many to list here but am becoming more of a purist so like unadulterated music aka folk,jazz,classical..not too many electric guitars or studio cover up jobs.Don't need the best singers as long as they sing with conviction and don't whine or scream.I'm a guitarist but I detest unending self indulgent guitar solos.I love show music as well.
I listen to all different types, love The Pogues music when I'm dancing around, cooking when I'm relaxing I like something mellow & to help me sleep I chose Classical...
janphoenix51 that sounds fun listening to music when you do cooking !! Nice calm classical music to help you sleep

janphoenix51 that’s sounds so lovely bonding tradition you guys too Sounds so fun too!!
I listen to all sorts but I particularly like classic rock. My favourite artist / singer is Bob Seger. Also a fan of Fleetwood Mac, Springsteen, Creedence clearwater etc. I don't care for much in recent music but do enjoy Lana Del Rey.
One of my fav Seger tunes:
Glitterandgold there’s just too many singers nowadays lol and I’m not too sure or singers from a while back
kitty88uk Ah each to own. Personally I think music had more soul during the 60s, 70s, 80s eras. All abit rinse & repeat nowadays.
Glitterandgold yes to each their own with music genres!
There’s too many artists and songs
I like other countries music too!
I have quite a wide range but am actually trying to listen to music I wouldnt normally bother with. Got a magazine a while back listing the top 500 albums for the 1970's and am, slowly working through them in order down from 500. The next being number 360. Found almost all of them on Amazon Prime Music and have actually discovered quite a few bands that I would never have bothered with so its been really enjoyable
didbygraham oh that sounds very interesting
I like to discover many singers too
I like all kinds of music genres
